As is being commented elsewhere, a Russian website apparently gives more detail:

The lenses (50/1.8, 30/2.8 and 28-75/2.8) have the distance scale coupled to the focus ring, meaning it rotates. So no ring ultrasonic motor, but a cheaper and smaller micro-USM. Unfortunately, this means that focusing is going to be slower and draw more power, while being just as loud as it was.
All new lenses are going to have motors, of course.

As for the new kits, the A330L (L is next in sequence after K) is obviously a standard kit with 18-55, while the Y is a double kit with 18-55 and 55-200 (again, Y is next in sequence after X).

The kit with 18-200 was denoted with H, so it's logical to assume that a kit with 18-250 (if any of the new alphas is going to feature movies) is going to be denoted with G. Suppose there are new 16-105 and 16-80 with motors released (the lenses seem to have a lot of space inside for a ring motor), new kits are likely going to be called Q and maybe C (no letter after Z).

Maybe Sony will try and release a double kit with 70-300 and 16-105 or 16-80?

SSM is like Nikon Silent Wave. Not all AF-S lenses are Silent Wave, and Sony may introduce something a level below SSM. Or they may including exactly the same technology as exists. But the new lenses are extremely small.

"There is a possibility that these budget lenses are not SSM, but use a cheaper internal micromotor."

Why...??

I think the Nikon entry level lenses uses ring motor and them are cheper, I think Sony could be same...
