Re: 35mm Prime lens options for the A7.
I am not a great supporter of buying older lenses unseen not only because of potential damage over the years to front elements but with the yellowing effects of aging glue in construction and dust / sand that nay have entered the lens. A bit of dust is unlikely to cause major optical problems by it...

Its for doing street photography and autofocus functionality isn't really an issue so I guess my options are fairly wide. Has anyone...

Re: Exhibit your B&W shots

I didn't convert ...

Re: Share your A7(r) Photos :)
A couple of recent shots with my A7. The landscape is with the kit zoom taken in the Pentland hills behind Edinburgh. If you're thinking about the A7 with the kit lens then I wouldn't let some reviewers put you off. The kit zoom is a very capable lens. Its clearly not a Zeiss but neither should it b...

Re: Exhibit your B&W shots
Hi. I'm a semi professional photographer living in Edinburgh Scotland. I've Been a Minolta user for decades and then like others switched to Sony. Loved my little NEX 5N for a year or so and had little hesitation in getting an A7 when it was released near the end of last year.. I don't often shoot B...
