Re: Backyard flowers

Hi, Sury; :D Your backyard is home to some very happy Clematis growth! The last photo displays its beauty and climbing nature against the wooden fencing. Roses are gorgeous. Is it possible that there was a raindrop stain or maybe some grease on the lens glass? I remember getting similar frames durin...

Re: Shoshone Falls, Idaho

Hi, Sury.

Such a massive body of water and falls; very impressive. I viewed the images on Flickr and zoomed and they became even more amazing. Good work on the pano.

Thanks for sharing, Ossie; the hunting and capturing of the preys are neatly shot. Rather brutal but all very real and true to nature….

Very nice, JBTaylor.
ZA 135mm f1.8 is the lens for artistic concert/music photography as well as nature and any shot requiring a little mysterious out-of-focus areas.

Lovely cars and shots, Sury. :)
I like the second the most because of how the lights play to make it more interesting shot.

Thanks for sharing. The camera and the lens choice works just fine.

Re: Calgary at night

. Hi, Sury; :) Thanks for the response and info. I'm aware of the several glass-floored structures around the world, including the glass-bottomed suspension bridge in China and the cantilevered tourist/visitor observation terrace over the Grand Canyon. This observation floor in the photo is a new on...

Like being in a sci-fi movie. :) Lovely shots, ValeryD.
Is that a glass floor in the 2nd shot in the second batch of the series or just reflection? I think we actually see the streets through the floor...Maybe I'm wrong?

You captured the stage lights and the band just right, JBTaylor. :)
All are great and as a preference the second is really intriguing with so much going on with the lights and the visuals…

Thanks for sharing. Good photos with RX1.

It's alright. :)
For an extra memory, you'll have a wobbly chair on your mind…and that you survived the wobbles. Something to mention to the future grandkids. :D

You're right the last two have less of the charm, but you tried and that's what counts. :)

Thanks,

Re: Panos from Chile Trip

. Thanks for the explanation, Sury. One would hope that good hotels use more muted colours and less pitched or teepee-like tents or covers for such outdoor facilities to blend in with the surroundings without drawing attention so much. There are many design options for such tents. They could, hence ...
