Sensor cleaning on A 700 and 900 cameras.

What is the best method for cleaning sensor dust off Alpha 700 and 900 sensors, when the cleaning function in the menu fails to remove it(changing lenses quite often ,this has become a major bugbare for me,and a quick simple in the field method would be a godsend)
