Re: Minolta Creative Cards

Thanks for the information 01af, I do have both those lenses and it's a pity that it seems that connection may be broken. I'll give it a couple more tries and see what I can do and maybe even make some enquiries to a service centre somewhere. It would have been great to use it when we have the airsh...

Re: Minolta Creative Cards

I have a sports action 2 card which says it works on the 9xi but doesn't seem to, the others have various other camera listings (some 9xi) and I cant seem to get them to work either. Oh well I guess it could be the camera, but apart from this it seems to work very well given the few rolls of film I'...

Sunset in Southend

This is my first picture posted here and surprisingly not from one of my SLR cameras. This was taken standing on the pier at Southend on Sea, Essex, UK with my old Nokia N95 phone camera. 5mp so I think it falls within the remit of this thread. Its had to be resized a little to allow for posting lim...

Minolta Creative Cards

I have several of these and was trying to make use of some of them, particulary the 'sports' card but it doesn't seem to register on the camera. tried following the instructions to the lett...

Re: Hello from Essex..

Thank you all for your warm welcome. It seems that the cameras my father left are all pretty much top of the range for their time, or there abouts and it's going to be interesting to see (as a complete novice) what I can get out of them. I agree with you Dusty about the ease of digital, and have see...

Hello from Essex..

Hi, I'm new to this forum having found it whilst looking for information about my Minolta camera system. I found lots of camera eqipment in the loft while I was clearing it out after my father passed away. I've always loved photography but always used point and shoot compacts and a couple of digital...
