As far as I know you cannot get a Cooke lens in a A mount. For me the second one is the one. The thoughtful pose with the gaze directed away from the viewer and the beautiful light work together to make this a fine photograph. In my opinion the monochrome treatment works better too.

Pictures of sunrises or sunsets have to be exceptional to work.....and this is. It would be a rare day in the UK when the atmosphere was clear enough to get something like this at nearly 17 miles.

Nice shots. It looks like you had a great time. The rock paintings are remarkably similar to a type of 'cup and ring' mark found on rocks in Britain. I find this intriguing. The maze like spiral of the lower mark seems to be a universal symbol of some kind.
