Re: Flowers 2013

Curly stamen on its own looks spooky like a snake. Nice shot and the background bokeh is very pleasing to me.

Nice set Andy. I love the last one in the first set. Look forward to your "boring" flower shots. :D

Re: Delicate Arch and the Clouds

I was at Arches National Park and Moab about 25 years ago. Desolate but fantastic place.
Great angle, and I request for a full view, for old times sake. :)

Re: Autostakkert

Last weekend I was in San Diego, California and on my way back stopped for gas in the middle of nowhere and the (almost) full moon. 70-400 on A900 with 29 images stacked using Autostakkert. All shots are jpeg and handheld. Sury [url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/bigsur/8507682534/][img]http://farm9.s...

She probably fled the scene when she saw her dad getting his camera with "that look" on his face
That is so hilarious. How did you know that?..... when I knock on her door and have camera in hand, her eyes roll... :)

Re: Birds 2013

Today I was at the Natural Bridges State Park and Beach in Santa Cruz, California. This one is with CZ24-70. Straight from the Camera, no PP. Since this is not my forte, any suggestions on enhancing the image (high/low lights, WB, crop etc) is most appreciated and welcomed. I was thrilled that I cou...

Re: Model shoot

1,4 and 6 are my favorites. In the B&W, I felt the gent's left hand was too stiff and that made
his face a bit taut. I feel if he is relaxed a tad, it certainly would have been a debonair and suave
shot.

Great "shots" of Whiskey (no pun intended  ) JB. That Minolta is one heavy lens but very reliable. The third one in the second set is my favorite outdoor shot. These fine libations are to be sipped and savored as Yildiz rightly pointed out.For me, snow is optional. With best reg...
