Not sure if this is relevant but it seems there are two places for a setting: Category and Forum. See these posts, particularly the first two entries.

A lot of people had trouble from 3.0.5 to 3.0.6.

Thanks Harvey. It turns out that only two forums had this set (not that I ever set it!) - I have now enabled it for all forums, so Active Topics should return. I think... David Not fixed yet. What version change was made to phpBB? I can do some web searches to see if I can come up with other sugges...

I will add any further comments on the forum issue to this thread.

I'm pretty sure from his confidence in what is being included that it will not suffer from a rolling shutter effect, that it will produce a quality equal to or higher than Nikon Motion-JPEG but with Canon data storage effiiency and ability to film extended takes. Where is the spider sculpture? I'm guessing the Bay Bridge, San Francisco maybe. I took a picture once of two statues there but never found out what the sculptures were.
