This is exactly what I did, kept the A700 and just bought a NEX-5N in lieu of moving to the A77.

I seem to remember hearing of issues with Kingston cards in the past. That was some time ago though.

One says we are trying to optimize a camera. The other says it was just a business price/feature decision. tom Or, the first is an engineering answer and the second a sales/marketing answer.
