Re: ZOOM!

Was it hard to produce? Not that hard technically, from a photography point of view. Engineering-wise, it's been a little difficult to figure out how to make this work (ie the wavy lines). I've got about $100 in equipment needed to get this shot. Also, did you shoot it from another car? Through a w...

Re: HDR attempt´s

How many stops of dynamic range exist in the original photo? If it's not more than 11 or 12, then HDR is a "pointless" exercise.

Re: Delicate Arch in Black and White

Yeah me too I like that colour photo of the arch, great lighting, is that a different one? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that one before from any angle. Greg It's the same one. It just shows what research (Google earth, TPE and others) along with getting your nose out of the guide book and opening y...

Delicate Arch in Black and White

http://www.landshapephotography.com/img/s11/v27/p815705033-4.jpg The classic Delicate Arch in B&W .  The Navajo sandstone glows so beautifully red at sunset, I'm usually on the fence about doing B&W conversions. I think this one came out ok. 4x5 crop Focal length:24 mm Exposure:1/25 Exposur...
