I don't have it either. I read somewhere that one is faster to focus than Sony 70-200 on A99M2. Highly rated on Dyxum. Sury Thank you! I found the information about Minolta 80-200 in Dpreview, Dyxum and many others , just wondering if some one in this forum had the experiences with Minolta 80-200. ...

Today, the first time "walking" on the report Minolta 80-200mm AP APO HS.
Perfect AF speed, but it still takes a little getting used to it especially to the weight of the lens.

Sury Probably best solution is SAL1635Z , but it's a expensive lens. I hope this link help you to find a right lenses. The young bear walking to forest, the first shoot was about 15-20ft. A77-2 with 55-200 was ready at that moment, when i got a99-2 in hand the bear almost gone... I didn't take a chance follow the bear... :)
