Re: Images of London in mono
Actually, the Gherkin just proves that "Men in Black" is real and also in London. That's obviously where they hid the latest alien spaceship!

Thank you Robbie and Yildiz. It was a weird experience trying to use the 24mm. I was so used to the zooms that the first time the lens was on, I was shocked to see how big the view finder is, and how small everything looked. I guess I was so used to looking "smaller" things that I have to ...

Re: Images of London in mono
I think the color rendition is much better for me. The modern buildings to the left and right (as I am looking at the photo) of the Gherkin offer the modernity and does not make the Gherkin look like a odd man out. Now it looks more like a blend of old and new. Perhaps, a commentary on how the archi...

One more to go...
Well, thanks to 25 years of marital bliss, I am enjoying another kind of bliss. I set about to acquire 70-400G, Zeiss 24f2 and Zeiss 24-70f2.8. So far got 2 out of 3 in the backpack. :D Received the 24f2 tonight. It was raining out and managed to get couple of backyard roses (posted in weather threa...

It is 12oC/54oF, cloudy and a tad bit of drizzle after a heavy rain. I am with Mark. Great treatments on all of them.
The Ovoid structure in the third one is certainly
incongruous with the rest of the architecture.
I am curious if that incongruity persists even in the
color.
With best regards,
Sury

Yep. I agree. It is not something you see everyday. Someone who is big, big, big has a big, big, big bathtub
to play with that big, big, big duckie.

Doc, To the best of my knowledge, they do not have sugar free chocolates.
