Re: Wind turbines
You are probably thinking of the huge wind farm on Hwy 58. I have passed by there are couple of times. Here is a photo of just a small portion: http://www.bakubo.com/galleries/California/slides/CRW_3666.jpg Wow - that is pretty impressive! I once drove around a windmill infested area for ages tryin...

Re: Noise reduction software usage
To the extent to which it is practical, I would appreciate step-by-step "cookbook" suggestions for using such software. I am one of the people who learn much better by actually doing a task, and if I am able to follow in your footsteps I'll start to grasp the concepts more quickly. Here i...

Re: A900 DRO & APPLE APERTURE ISSUE
Dear all, I have been shooting RAW with DRO, but upon importing to aperture the DRO settings seem to be discarded. Anyone know how I can resolve? Birma is spot on. DRO does not apply to RAW. I believe that Sony's own software will try an interpret the DRO settings from the data stored in Exif and a...

Thanks. As others observe, changing themes does fix it. I will have a play with the alternatives and see which I like best.David Kilpatrick wrote:Try switching to the new modified theme 'twilightBB' which I have just installed along with a couple of extra choices to give you plenty of scope for customizing your display!

Whats going on with the forum?
Hi there,
Has there been some kind of upgrade to the forum software? Suddenly all the table allignment is out!It was fine this afternoon.
Normal viewing software: Opera... Not aligned correctly.
Backup software: Google Chrome... Not aligned correctly.
Fallback software IE8... Looks Ok.
Any clues?
