The problem with SEL16 on Nex7 is that there's a considerable purple shift in the corners, much like what you get with rangefinder WA's. Even if you correct it with some 'cornerfix', you lose a great deal of DR and colour fidelity in the corrected corners. But I didn't check if the 12mm UWA adapter...
