Although an educated brain can perceive that these inner parts belong to a rose, the abstract elements due to colour distribution and shapes are dominantly there ...

I think RGND filter works for my eyes, Sury.
Somehow the second shot has that gradual light density and the fine, sharp details at the same time.
The first and third really suffer from overexposure or softness/loss of details, IMHO.

Yeah, well, at this time of the year, if you can still shoot, ice and snow and they look like white whales swimming close to the surface of the sea water, then you are one lucky photographer.

Californian weather conditions permitting these flowers are thriving nicely. :D Especially the front yard is very picturesque due to colour combinations and the plant spreads ... like an abstract painting. :) Your heart's vision is lovely, Jaya.
