It has been the practice in Australia for many years to consider anyone employed for more than 22 hours per week to be in full time employment. I always thought that 28 hours per week would be more accurate but try getting that past any politicians minders !
Also the statistical models developed for both GNP and unemployment aren't as accurate in lower socio - economic areas with very long term unemployment as they often have well established " alternative economies ".

I saw a Sony DSLR at my last W*M visit! It didn't have a lens on it. I think it was an A230, and I don't recall what the price was, but it was pretty cheap, I thought at the time. Anyway, sure enough, there is at least some Sony DSLR presence there. Go figure.
