Hi Kevin, not sure what you mean by different exposure, the first one was from camera jpegs , sticked with PTgui then cropped and levels ajusted in PS CS2KevinBarrett wrote:Wait a minute! That's a whole different exposure!
second one is from RAW's processed in DxO, highlight recovery profile to jpgs, then stiched in PTgui then only cropped (cropped a little more on the left to centre the sun) in PS CS2 , third one is version 2 with levels adjusted in PS CS2

Very nice! If you really want to get technical, there's still one area where there's a little bit of a visible stitching artifact. I've given a (rough) outline of it below, but it's honestly hard to see until/unless you watch carefully while you're scrolling the picture. I can't explain why, but at least when I'm looking for problems in panoramas, I find it much easier to spot them while scrolling the picture around.stevecim wrote:Hows this one.
Truthfully, the mismatch in this area is so minor that probably 90% of the time (or so) I'd just ignore it -- but if you want to work on your stitching skills, it's going to be a good challenge. When you have a sky that's clear blue or solid overcast, it's pretty easy to get rid of artifacts like this by blending across the line. In this case, there's enough detail that would be pretty obvious, so if you decide to work on it at all, you'll probably need to select the area in question (much more precisely than I've done) and adjust the brightness/contrast in that area to get it to match (and the adjustment will be small -- you've already got things practically dead-on.

I'll have a look at the area you pointed
Cheers, Stephen

The pano itself is very fine. the first version is a bit inconguent in light falloff as it was already pointed out, but for my taste the colors are more pleasing there. The 2nd version for me is a tad too violet.

I think I missed the part where you were stitching these images together. I was having trouble reconciling the differences between the images so far without that bit of information.stevecim wrote:Hi Kevin, not sure what you mean by different exposure, the first one was from camera jpegs , sticked with PTgui then cropped and levels ajusted in PS CS2KevinBarrett wrote:Wait a minute! Nah, it was me. You had said as much in your original post but I was hastily breezing through just looking at the pretty pictures.stevecim wrote:Sorry Kevin my bad
