4gig ram on macbook

hi all
i have purchased a MacBook Pro retina with 4gig ram i have used iPhoto and found it ok, was thinking getting photoshop elements 12, is 4gig ram enough or should i have got 8 gig instead. a bit late now i now.

I suggest you try using the software and when you feel it's not performing as you would like, check the CPU, memory and disk usage and upgrade accordingly. Performance is in the eye of the beholder ;-)
