Shooting in the dark
Here are some recent night shots that I took this last weekend. Feel free to share any night shots you might have taken recently as well.
Re: Shooting in the dark
These were taken from basically the same vantage point, just looking the other way over the little town of Cabanaconde.

JT, come on down. I'll kill the fatted guinea pig for lunch and then we can take photos. But if you don't like guinea pig, I'm sure we can find something else you would enjoy.
Sury, I really like the colors (or should I say blues) in the first shot. The third shot got my attention as I always enjoy Milky Way photos.

I had my fist guinea pig on that trip with Bob. Not bad, a bit greasy.the_hefay wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 4:29 am JT, come on down. I'll kill the fatted guinea pig for lunch and then we can take photos. But if you don't like guinea pig, I'm sure we can find something else you would enjoy.

Nice take, but I'd like to know the story. You know, the gear, event, & the song, what ever. it's a pic with a story. It made me think of David strumming in a pub. This is Wyoming's pub? I'm just thinking.
KM7D, Sony A350, A580, A-700, A57, A65, A5100 , a6500 , & a7iii, plus a bunch of lenses.

Well it's Peru, not Wyoming.
Some of the young people from the church had a campout on a small piece of property we own outside of the city. These last 4 shots are all from that night. The building in B&W is actually where my wife and I sleep when we are there. It's rustic but gets the job done. As far as songs go, they were singing some choruses and hymns. All-in-all it was a great night.
