My daughter completed her PhD in Cognitive Psychology and the commencement was on May 15, 2021. She has done well for herself, with publications in top tier conferences and publications and co-authored a chapter with her advisor and a colleague in a reference text book.
Hooding ceremony.
It's official
Jumping with joy. My daughter is the first PhD for her advisor, the young lady to the left is the second one, the one on the right
will graduate in August and the third PhD for the professor (second from left).

Thank you Jeff. Indeed. My dad didn't complete high school. His children did Masters. His grand daughter went for PhD.
Nice progression every generation.
