Very nicely done. The phone image has a bit more contrast as is expected of these devices.
Those phones are becoming as good as a dedicated camera under good lighting conditions.

Fantastic shot. The colors are fabulous. And the details are amazing.
I like the fact that you avoided the grid lines of the
cage unless you happened to be inside the cage.
These smart phones are going to make cameras
very niche tools soon if the trend continues.

your right re the smart phones sury,
the camera manufacturers have a big fight on their hands getting new converts, especially point and shoot but increasingly with the quality of smart phone cameras the mirrorless and slr will be dragged into this battle,(mines has a greyed out raw setting which makes me think there is a firmware fix coming for this in the future),
some of the photos people are taking with these cameras is absolutely mind blowing, I have the RX100 mk3 and now never take it out as my previous phone (samsung note 3) and current phone (samsung S7) are adequate for what i needed the RX for, ie an always with me decent camera

flickr is awash with great photos with mobile phones, here is one I particularly like

Wow. Thanks for sharing the photo. It is astounding. I wonder how the lighting
was achieved not withstanding which camera. It almost looks like a studio setup
and they happen to click away with a smart phone. Not saying it was that way,
just speculating.

more topical than photographic, a sign of the modern age, was babysitting for my grandchildren last night, 1x 6yr old and 3x 8yr olds seems like they copy their teenage/20 something generation, all a bit sad really, taken with my phone if I had to go up for my camera then I would never have taken these shots, the smartphone is becoming quite an important tool in photography

Great shots Valery.
Gio67, very true that the smart phones have become more ubiquitous as cameras. When you capture the moment,
who cares what tool is used. Right moment versus right tool - Right moment always wins in my book. Love the second
shot.

another one straight out of the phone,I think it handled the different low lighting and colours great, this is another picture that would never have happened otherwise, generally it's my a6000 during the day and the phone at night or whenever I don't have the 6000.
not the best quality but at least it's in the bag (no pun intended) and the lighting was really low hterefore the quality would not ahve been that great regardless

The red ball in the foreground seems like it is floating in the air.
Your phone did a very good job as a memory keeper.
