Your images are not being blocked but something really peculiar is happening. Your links are all correct and the images are a suitable size.

When I 'edit post' on your first post, if I copy the image URLs and open your images in a separate window, then go back to the post and save it, the next time I view your message all the images appear. It's almost as if your server cannot deliver them to my computer unless I open them directly.

It doesn't help any of the other images appear. To make an image work in MY view of your posts, I have to use Edit Post to get the URL, visit that URL, then return to viewing.

I get a "403 forbidden" error. Funny thing is, if I click the address bar (which highlights the browsers URL) and then hit enter, it shows up just fine.

This is a server side error. Contact your host to fix it.

Try these links to online aviation sites (most of my stuff is there with a few exceptions) which I've not uploaded for inclusion. Sorry about the SNAFU.

These are very informative and well-designed websites, Pirate. Now I see why you shoot as many planes as you can... : ))

They are all very beautiful aircrafts and all the specifications are helpful in understanding their limits.

Lucky you for coming close to so many of them! :D

Thanks for sharing,

Sorry, but the images are too big to be embedded, so you'll have to click the links to view. Am still working on others, though I processed these two today. I'm pretty pleased with them. What say you?

Both very beautiful I'd say, Pirate.

Such a colourful, mirror-like shiny aircraft! Looks like a huge toy to charm big children.... : ) But of course they are very competent and efficient and a pleasure to fly.

Hi Pirate, : )

Thanks for uploading these; you got the pilot fully immersed on task!

The in-flight shots are very self-explanatory. The mirror-like body reflects the actual sky colour and make the aircraft almost invisible, hence becoming a hard target for the enemy; a good choice for camouflage in the sky.

:) Thanks for sharing.

Nice clean shots of the Mustang, that was an early model by the looks, no bubble canopy. Packard or Allison engine? There was one here recently (with a slightly extended canopy and a dickie seat you could squirm into behind the pilot) giving joy flights, pretty expensive though.
When I heard that distinctive whine the very first time, I knew it was a Merlin or Allison going over. It could certainly shift along, I think I finally spotted the plane on about the third day (I happened to be out in the yard) of it buzzing around the City, then I knew exactly what plane it was...plenty of trees in our yard.

Thanks for looking Greg. Merlin engine and this is the P51-C version. The more common D variant had the full bubble canopy.
