"INA The Macon Belle" P51-C Mustang with owner of Fantasy Of Flight and pilot, Kermit Weeks deep in thought prior to the afternoon flying display and one post flight doing a Q&A with us folks. The display hangar is one of two which houses the collection.

Re: Out-Takes @ Fantasy Of Flight
I dream of taking shots of WWI & II airplanes. As a matter of fact I love shooting planes. No chance to do that here yet.
I thank you for all these shots your posting here Pirate.

Hi Pirate - I really like the interesting colours reflected in the shiney Mustang. (It really does look like "the cadillac of the skies" .)
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.

Hi Pirate,
That's a lucky hangar! Great photos as documents...
Were you allowed to sit in the pilot's seat at this exposition, just to have a feel of what it might be like to fly one?
Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

Hi Yildiz,
Unfortunately no as these aircraft are privately owned by Kermit Weeks and are worth multi millions of US$ collectively, though you can go into the Sunderland.
Glad you're liking them.
Do you have a nose this big?

I'm assuming it's a Moderator thing as I don't recall removing images/links, though the Big red nose one ought to be OK. Problem is, I can't remember what the initial images posted were.
