Sunrise - Nova Scotia style.

Unread post by ACIPhotos »

Hi All - following on from the very lovely sunset shots recently I thought I would post some sunrise ones. I don't usually get up this early but I was still on Britsh time and it was well worth it.

Like the light in number one a lot - it's now getting easier to go for sunrises on this side of the pond as winter approaches.

Hope you get some more - if your body clock lets you.

Cheers

A good choice of spot for seamlees shots of sky and water reflecting and blending in one, ACIPhotos.

I only come to the realization of what our planet is made up of when looking at your scenes; air, land water. All have different appeals..

Thanks for sharing,

Have you managed any more from Nova Scotia?

Here's a sunrise from Northumberland in the UK.

Lovely, Paul.

I like the rocky formations that extend to the right leaving only a small sight of the lake...

Hi thanks for the feedback - Northumerland is very rugged I see.

I've got a few more done but I've entered them into a competition.

Thought I would share one from Wales though. I took this last weekend.

Hope you like it :P

Lovely reflections, it must have been very still - don't get that often here!

After the event, please let us see the competition entries - nice to see peoples best work.

Here are another couple of Hadrians Wall from the same shoot, now I've found time to process some shots

Love the light in #1 of the latest set of Paul's, and also ACI's Welsh lake. Encore!

Gogeous light at Hadrian's wall. Love it. Reflection wise - five minutes of no wind then gone. Just luck.
