spending the day down the coast and I nearly stepped on the little guy has I when outside to get a bag from the car.

Used manual focus in the dark, front focused it bit :)

What's that one stevecim? Marbled marsh frog maybe, often you can only tell by listening for the sound they make and referring to the 'offical' sound recording CD for the matching sound. Some sound like a creaky hinge, others sound like clicking the teeth on a stiff comb with your fingernail, there's one here that laughs and another one that whistles like a bird.

No idea what type of frog, well I can nail it down to a frog found at Indented Head, Victoria, Australia :)
