Thanks for shooting a gradually-changing scene. What a difference a few minutes make to the scene. I like the first a little better for the richness of colours in the clouds; the purple-pink tinted clouds do add to the scene.
The second indeed command a 'mirror-like' water.

Noticed that the camera was on a tripod. Interesting what kind of shot will come out if you join them, an HDR-ish shot probably.
