Robbie, the EXIF says 300/2.8 lens, and yet mentions the focal length separately as 500mm... so, which lens for this superb shot?

This was shot with the 500F4... I have noticed that the exif sometimes says 300/2.8.... maybe something to do with lens profiles in ACR...

I shot this in pretty low light this morning at ISO1000 with the A99.. I was quite happy with the result..
