Fantastic Doc. That is one amazing lens. I am now convinced that I should get that lens.
Now, where is my brother? I need to remind him of the promise he made.

From a couple of weeks ago - when we were still suffering with pro-longed, heavy rain. The woods were completely sodden, and off the main paths it was over ankle deep in many places. (I will have to invest in some wellies.) The flora seems to be thriving, in particulat the Meadowsweet which I have never seen so rampant. The Betony was a new one for me - a herb which is apparently good for head-aches.

Thanks Greg and Doc :)

I wonder how nice the Beercan would be on an A77 Doc ;)

Excellent idea to send it over for a long and meticulous report... and very very time consuming, of course.

Always a pleasure to see your abundant flora, Birma. : )

And they make good lens-testing subjects too. Love the Betony but the Meadowsweet is like a wallpaper pattern with its abundancy in the frame.

Thanks for sahring,
