A couple of flower portraits from early this morning. 2012 Eades Meadow - Green Winged Orchid by Birm, on Flickr 2012 Eades Meadow - Cowslip by Birm, on Flickr Taken in a ancient meadow, now managed for its wild flowers. Both with Nex 5. First with Tamron 60/2, and second with Sigma 70-300 APO DG Macro.

Started shooting again. From the garden. a900 and alternating between Sony 70-200 and the Minolta 300 2.8 (I know, what was I thinking?).

Those are beautiful shots JB - those lenses have created lovely oof backgrounds and of course lots of detail I the flowers themselves. Please keep going

Found a lot of yellow today  Actually had to reduce saturation for this one...
