Yildiz i actually have it with a larger view, and in this one you can even see the water. the ride is right on the waterline located on a pier.

Greg you have to jump ;)
no the ride sinks down to floor level at the end/beginning of the ride then lifts you up about 2-3meters.

Sury i only have been on vaction in europe so its hard for me to compare with other places, croatia is very nice and the people are very friendly but the are not that good in English but the do there best to help you, think most of there tourists comes from Slovakia, Germany, Serbia, Bosnia , Italia, but they are learning fast. and the country is not that exploited like ex Turkey. and the prices are cheap :)
almost every beach is ruff limestone so the water is on off the best i mediterrianean sea.
