Wow and chilly indeed.

I like the landing plane in the air also and the photo is almost an ambush of neat subjects crammed into the frame. : )

Love the 'Horse takes photograph' picture :) , Obviously not worried by the fixed mirror!

Nice frosty start to the day you had as well.

Yeah I like the earnest looking equine photog (with vest) also, hmm looks like he hasn’t quite got the camera levelled yet but that’s ok. :D

Brrrr! Looks chilly Doc.

Still very wet and windy here despite having had a respite of a day from the showers. Not from today but you can see the results of the rain as the local river, the Severn, is over its banks in the usual places. This was just after sunset on a brighter day, between the storm fronts.

What a difference a day or 2 makes. Saturday we had a high or 57F/14C. This morning when I went out it was 11F/-12C. As they say around here: "You don't like the weather in St. Louis? Stick around for a few hours, it'll change!"

Merry belated Christmas to all of you on the Western Calendar, and a Happy New Year to all!

Thanks Doc :) . It certainly is a beast, and encourages serious thought before use!

A clear night again here, with more rain forecast tomorrow. Here is a clear night from a few days ago.
