Very nice capture Barry. I love the meandering river spanning the pano.

Beautiful, Barry.

Thanks for sharing. :) But I can't help wondering if the pano would of even gotten better if we saw one more layer of photos pertaining to the foreground, the lower part of the frame. I get this feeling that it would have been more 'complete' or rich for some reason.

Lovely, lovely land though.

Thanks,

Yildiz

Fair point, I decided the long grass was actually a bit too long and lots of it so didn't want it to compete with the rest of the scene. I do have a bad habit of not leaving myself enough room on a panoramic, might be a better strategy to take vertical shots rather than horizontal ones.

Greg,
Thank you. It is indeed a very beautiful place. I can't believe that 1017 acres of park
is built on reclaimed sand dunes. They started with planting grass and brushes at the water
end to break the wind and started planting trees moving inland. Visionary thinking, I must say.
I have been to the park numerous time before but it was always play tourist. Yesterday, missus
and I had a chance to spend the whole day and discovered so much in and around the park.
More of landscape pictures will be uploaded tonight. :D

Hi Sury, :)

I absolutely love this new-found Stow Lake of yours. A lot of hard work must have gone to this park and a great deal of patience too, to wait for these trees to grow and encourage wild life. Neat recreational get-away.

Lovely shoreline, Sury.

The sea looks very inviting for a swim but I suppose the water is too cold for a dive... Those giant rocks chronicle the existence of other sharp rocks that prohibits a smooth swim I suppose but definitely a safe haven for the birds.

Yildiz,
The sea is friendlier than it appears. People seem to have plenty recreation and relaxation.

I was on the pavement and the beach was about 50 feet below when I stumbled upon this shot.
My initial reaction was they may need help since there were no other people around. After few
minutes I realized it is a private moment between two individuals not withstanding their relationship,
and moved on, perceiving there is no imminent emergency.

Sutro Bath House, San Francisco. Looking North. Golden Gate Bridge is to right just over the
right edge of the photo.

Beautiful landscapes Sury. Great views around the lakes, and I love the coastal scenes with the waves rolling in after their long trip across the Pacific :)
