If I was a popular music DJ I would say that Ken and Charlie were "smashin' it!" ;)

Thank you guys.

I do really like the sunset glowing off your elevator also! I've been trying to get a shot like that but never been in the right place at the right time.

Charlie,
Nice shots. I am with Ken on that elevator shot. Golden hour in full glory, I suppose.

Wow, super landscape show! Very nice shots.
I'll add little bit a different landscape. :)

Thank you Ken and Valery.
Ken, my photos were taken at the beach near Monarch (butterfly fame) Grove, near Pismo Beach, California.
Surrealistic shots, Charlie.
Valery that is a different kind of landscape and wish I could see the circular scape in the front too.

I had already written a previous long message post for this thread but it disappeared as I was typing the last lines so I'll give it a short go this time. : )

Sury, the shot where the golden sky is reflected in the pool of water is my favourite. Perfect sunset and cluster of human silhouettes.

Charlie, love the golden hour shot of the Cathedral but also find the snow-tipped mountain ranges that contrast with the plain, quiet extension of the foreground to be nice. The dark shadow of some element at the bottom of the frame is distracting though, maybe it should be cropped out?

The type of rock formations in the last series of three are interesting, piled on top of each other like that.
I agree with Sury on the aerial shot of the building complex; some more room to accommodate the extending parts of the building would be good. Nice and sharp photo though and good light.

And finally RareTA, very rare finds of derelict buildings. : ) They indeed make intriguing subjects, reminiscing of a past long gone.

Thanks for sharing,

Thank you Yildiz. Your kind words are much appreciated.
I am wondering if I should fix the lens flare on the first one.

While at it, these are from a trip to Mendocino, California

Hi Sury,

Now that you mention it, I guess the lens flare removal may enhance the overall beauty of the photo. It didn't bother me at first but I think especially those two flare spots can be removed easily. Some lens glare types even add a neat touch to photos but you are right about this one. : )

The last series is wonderful. The first is a pleasure to the eye, almost invites one to travel on curving roads and experience such natural phenomena while doing so. :)
The second is one of your best compositions; giving a taste of the foreground flora and then engaging the eye with the foaming tides of the seascape that extend into the horizon.
The last is a nice one of the rocks and the foaming, harsh waves but this shot may have a tad of discoloration due to lens flare to the left of the frame as well. I think you'll find it easily. Had you pointed the camera a little to the right with an angle, rather than straight ahead in 90 degrees the flare may not have happened. : ) Just my humble thoughts.

Thank you for sharing this nice bunch.

Yildiz

Sury I'd say not to. To my old eyes it looks stunning with the light rays coming through.
