Sheep head soup for breakfast today and ceviche a couple of days ago for lunch.

Oh, wow. I did not realize the entire head is edible. Interesting.
I am not sure I can bring myself to eat one, unless starving, of course. :D

Sury, the entire head isn't edible. I never eat the skull. :) It's not that bad but you have to eat it hot.

Pako, I've had cuy a couple of times, but not prepared chactado. I'll give it a go one of these days.

Sheep head...also a favourite of Mediterranean cuisines in some countries.

We have a problem with sheep's head, but not pig's butt? (Ham).

Here in St. Louis, brain sandwich's (cow's brain) are a local favorite. I never ate one on the advise of my cousin, but my uncle's bar supposedly had some of the best.
