Sheep head soup for breakfast today and ceviche a couple of days ago for lunch.

Oh, wow. I did not realize the entire head is edible. Interesting.
I am not sure I can bring myself to eat one, unless starving, of course.

Sury, the entire head isn't edible. I never eat the skull. It's not that bad but you have to eat it hot.
Pako, I've had cuy a couple of times, but not prepared chactado. I'll give it a go one of these days.

Must have been a neat way of experiencing the land's cuisine, Jeff.
Sheep head...also a favourite of Mediterranean cuisines in some countries.

We have a problem with sheep's head, but not pig's butt? (Ham).
Here in St. Louis, brain sandwich's (cow's brain) are a local favorite. I never ate one on the advise of my cousin, but my uncle's bar supposedly had some of the best.

An a700, an a550 and couple of a580s, plus even more lenses (Zeiss included!).
