School Days

Unread post by UrsaMajor »

My Granddaughters are both in college in Portland, Oregon, albeit in different Schools - Lewis & Clark College and Reed College.

On Family Weekend last month, my daughter and I visited to spend a little time with them, and I took advantage of the opportunity to see the campus of Lewis & Clark College, which I had not previously visited. Here are a few of my family images from that visit - all taken with my A6000 and the Zeiss 24mm lens.

In addition to my family photos, I took a number of shots of the campus of Lewis & Clark College, which is located in the middle of a forest on a hilltop above the Columbia River Valley.

Here are a few of them:

Looking uphill toward the school's office building. The President's office looks out at this landscape, and that view from his end will include the snow-covered 11,000+ foot Mount Hood, framed by these trees - on a clear day.

.

The college is in such a delightful location ! A beautiful place to study and enjoy the green environment.... :)

All shots are lovely, especially the low-light portraits look impressive.

Thanks for sharing, Tom.

Tom,
The family photos are excellent. Beautiful people and fantastic capture.
Some of the campus shots feel like a painting. What a picturesque campus.

With best regards,
Sury
