Rawlings Conservatory

Unread post by jbtaylor »

Located n the heart of Baltimore, MD, the Rawlings Conservatory is a little oasis in an area of the city that has seen better days. Took a quick trip up there today and shot mostly super wide.

Looks like very good shots, but with this resolution we can't see all beauty especially the first one shot. :(

I think Valery is right. There is no way to present wide angle shots in this forum.

.

That's one dainty glass palace, JBTaylor ! :D

The first, the third and the last stand out -as other members also mentioned- but I also like the other photos where different species of plants and the structure are in the same frame; a little busy but still nice.

All that said, I believe symmetry principles in the first photo are very successful, both regarding the garden and the structure.

Thanks for sharing. Appears you been busy in interesting places again. :D Good for you, good for us !
