and too much turn.
Nothing fancy here folks. Heading to the golf course to test out the slow motion video capabilities of the wife's new RX100 vii and came across the following. Couldn't resist stopping the car. Nor could the police.

Straight out of the camera.

Oh, wow. Talk about serendipity. Same event - bad timing for the driver; good timing for the photographer. Such is life. Two sides of the same coin. :D I sure hope the driver is safe and no one is hurt.

Suffering avoided Sury.
Just reinforces the idea of always having a camera on board.

Glad to know. I shall carry a camera henceforth in my car.

.

Good coincidence for photography… but one would think that anyone driving with a long trailer would check on speed apparently isn't in the books for some.

Good catch, JBTaylor. Glad you and wife and everyone's OK in the sight of such disarray.

Thanks for sharing,
Yildiz

ps. Did the RX100 vii slow motion video shoot go to your satisfaction? Happy shooting, by the way. :)

Took video clips of golf swings. Can't imagine anybody else cares to see old men swing golf clubs but they really found it valuable.

I have some new ideas for slow motion videos. They are memory hogs though. 240 frames per second adds up quickly.

.

Looks very good, Jeffrey.

The videos look good enough to be used as tutorials for swinging the clubs. I'm no expert at golf but the gentlemen look like they are doing something right.

I sent a thank you note to Gary Friedman for his e-book on the RX100 vii and included a link to the video as an example for using the high frame rate feature on the camera. He suggested that the shortly to be released next version would give the video a mention.
Pretty cool.
