Just wanted to say a quick hello to all on the forum.I have been lurking for a week or so and finally decided to sign up.I can see there are some very talented photogaphers here and i hope to learn alot.
I have purchesed the A300 kit and have had so much fun with it.Sony has made it easy for a novice to take some pretty darn good pics!!!

Welcome Jeff, hope it's not too cold where you are (sure it will be!). The A300 is a versatile camera, they reserved it for just one big chain dealer in the UK. It combines the best features of the A200 and A350.

Sony certainly does make it easy for a novice to take good pictures, but Photoclubalpha and the forums make it easy for a novice to get better. There is such a wealth of talent and experience in this relatively small community! We're glad to have you and look forward to sharing.
