Hi,

For many years I was a keen SLR photographer, but my first foray into DSLR was with the Sony A100. However, today I took delivery of a wonderful new A900 so I thought I’d celebrate by registering with PhotoClubAlpha.

I originally went with Sony simply because the A100 had all the features I was looking for at a cost that wouldn’t have been too prohibitive if it turned out that DSLR photography wasn’t for me.

In fact, I’ve grown to rediscover the simple enjoyment of photography I started with years ago. I particularly enjoy landscape and (just lately) macro photography.
