Quality negative developing in London area?

Unread post by Toby_noemi »

Hi all, just wondered if anyone knew of any decent company/shop in the London area which still offers a developing service for non-digital rolls of film?

Although I'm going to get a Sony A100 soon, I've still 8-9 rolls of film that, since moving back to the UK from Budapest, I simply can't find a decent developer for! Any suggestions/recommendations would be helpful

many thanks.

There are plenty - sorry, I missed your original post for some reason. Trouble is you are looking at high prices. Personally, I would send by mail to Peak Processing in Sheffield. If you must have a local service, branches of Boots and Jessop actually do still take rolls of film and some have minilabs. Pro labs like Danny Chau and Goldenshot are probably not what you want as they will charge a fiver just to process a roll and make no prints.
