For actually coming out with a firmware update for the A850/A900
And for putting some bits back in the A560/580

However a point to make.
Any company needs feedback to improve products. In the past I've seem some pretty awful campaigns by some users (I'm not talking about this site) to dismiss and try to silence views on these topics.

Saying nothing helps nobody ;-)
