I looked at those once, but I didn't notice this flaw. There are others on ebay that have a different design, more pancake-shaped, so now I wonder about those. I decided against getting either for the time being because they lower your flash sync speeds. Now I can rule this kind out completely. Thanks for the warning!

hi

nope it wont slide off................ it has a catch which locks it tight

the catch is a spring loaded affair, sits at the front of the 4 connectors, now I have a hot shoe to sony (silly design only they use?) adaptor which has a button which releases the spring loaded catch and draws it up into the body of the adaptor allowing for removal ie sliding off!

Kind of a silly omission. they had to have tried it you would think. whats the sense in making the parts at all if they don't work.

Gee, I don't understand...it passed QC, didn't it?

I'm sorry about your trouble, but thank you so much for reporting back here with both problem and solution. These radio triggers might be a real temptation for someone else, and fore-warned is fore-armed.
