Mentioned this one in the Lens Lore forum. I picked this one up in Park Cameras Showroom at the weekend. They have more stock 'out back' - 2 if I remember rightly), the boxes have the a55 compatible sticker on them (and it works fine on mya55) and its 150 GBP off RRP.

An even better one, london camera exchange in Chester has them for ----------- £ 149.99+postage, on special deal, I have one coming in the morning via City Link.  The reviews a very good for this lens, we will see.  Richard ps been ill for past few weeks now far better.

It appears they just got one at that price. Quite odd. I suspect they made a mistake actually.

David Mine is on it's way David, mistake or not £149.99 is the right price for me Regards Richard Hi David, the lens has arrived brand new  . first impressions a brilliant bit of kit, not the IQ of the Sigma 100-300mm f4, nice and short also a fraction of the weight, it will sit very nicely on my A-55 body, not an HSM motor but quite fast with just a bit more noise, they still have the lens on the web site but I'm told that was the last/only one pity really at that price and absolute bargain. Must register with Sigma for the 3 year warranty
