Hi,

I'm definitely impressed with the shots! Can't be all due to the low-light ability of the lens though, I think you managed well with the camera in that situation also. No blur and good colours. :)

There's one of these in our local classifieds for sale, £65.00, would that be a good price to pay?

£65 is a very fair price as long as the lens is in good condition.

From having shot in the dark in the past and then now shooting with this lens I can certainly tell you that it makes a HUGE difference! The trade off obviously is the extremely shallow depth of field that it creates but certain style of concert photography calls for such anyway. First and foremost though I am an engineer working the show and then the photographer so for this lens to enable me to just essentially point and shoot almost it does very very well.
