Still testing SEL55210

Unread post by Marcell Nikolausz »

I was never a freak of long telephoto lens and I will probably never spend the enormeous price of the good quality ones, but time to time I need a bit more reach.
I got the SEL55210 as a present and I like it more and more. Whan the lights are good the quality is not shabby. AF could be faster but I expect some improvement on A6000.
Last weekend I went with my family to a short bicycle trip to a wildpark nearby. SEL55210 was a good choice:

Very nice Marcell. I like the first Heron shot the best :)
Nex 5, Nex 6 (IR), A7M2, A99 and a bunch of lenses.

Thanks.
It was taken with my 3 years old nex-5. It's still producing very good photos and I' planning to use it one more year.
Most probably I will change it to A6000. According to the initial tests the sel55210 is focusing much faster on that body.

Best

Great pictures and they really show off how good the Sony sensors are, the level of detail and colour rendition is superb.
