Rokinon 12mm f/2.8 fisheye

Unread post by the_hefay »

Anyone here have experience with the Rokinon 12mm f/2.8 fisheye? It's a completely manual lens and it comes in a-mount. I'm thinking of picking one up for timelapse use since the aperture is manually adjusted with a ring on the lens.

I use Opteka(Samyang, Rokinon) 6.5mm fisheye, works great in a300, a57 and the best result with a77-2. What kind of camera you going to use?

Looks like the lens made more for FF camera, but should work with a77-2 good too. Samyang(Rokinon) does very good lenses. With a77-2 manual lenses works great especially with "picking" option.
