White Balance Lens Caps?

Anyone use these? I see them listed on eBay and I have no idea if they are useful. Any feedback appreciated.

Actually, serves most of the time when I'm not taking pics as a toy for my little daughter...
Seriously, it helps in specific conditions - mixed light (to a point) or when the direct light source is too small to accurately measure w/o the cap. Not critical, but helps.

I have used Expo Disc. It works pretty good. I dont think any of them are 100 percent. Shoot in raw and fix it later :D
