Hi Greg,
If you read some of the “Reviews?” the Jpegs are not that good, I can assure you with good lenses they are excellent, I did a test with my Sigma 100-300mm f4 And I can say they are fine with my old eyes even the viewfinder is stunning, my biggest fear before trying.
Overall I find it a very pleasing camera to use even for my old hands and eyes, all I want now is some better weather, ok the camera is damp proof, but I tend to get wet, and anyway dull light tends not to be that good for my type of shots.

Thanks Richard, yes "reviews" is right, I'd like someone to give 12MP JPEGs a good tryout on the A77 and let us know what the score is.
