I see that Gary Friedman has released his book on the A77 & A65.

Details and the download/order page are at:

http://friedmanarchives.com/alpha77/index.htm

I do not have an A77, which is the only reason I have not already purchased this book. I have Gary's books for every Minolta and Sony digital camera I have (A2, KM 7D, A700), and have also purchased his books on the A100 and A330/380 as gifts for family members who own those cameras.

IMO, Gary's other books that I purchased are much, much better than any competitive product on the market, and vastly superior to the factory manuals. I have no reason to assume that the same will not be true of this book also.

Standard disclaimer - I have no relationship with Gary other than as a satisfied customer.

With best wishes,
- Tom -

Thanks for this - I downloaded a copy and within half an hour had already applied two tweeks that I had not noticed before.

regards - Peter
